About
Ntokozo Victoria Macu is a Biochemistry Honors student at the University of Johannesburg, under the supervision of Mr Teboho Tsotetsi and Dr Fidele Tugizimana, and co-supervision of Mr Musiwalo Samuel Mulaudzi. She holds a BSc in Life and Environmental Science: Physiology and Biochemistry, obtained at the University of Johannesburg, 2023. Her current research is based on the synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles using Bacillus species, which can be used as a superior means of nanotechnology application in agricultural industries. She uses various computational metabolomics tools to explore the biological composition of Bacillus and the mechanisms by which the nanoparticle synthesis takes place.
