Sinekamva Mnyamana
About
I am Sinekamva Mnyamana, a Master of Science in Biochemistry candidate at the University of Johannesburg, originally from Ntabankulu in the Eastern Cape Province. My academic journey began at Walter Sisulu University, where I earned a Bachelor of Medical Science (Biochemistry) and later an Honours degree in Biochemistry. My Honours research focused on the Comparative Analysis of Total Polyphenol Content and Antioxidant Activity of Magwa Tea, Rooibos Tea, and Green Tea, which deepened my interest in analytical biochemistry and natural product research. Currently, in my MSc research, I am investigating the metabolomic effects of the biostimulant on Midknight Valencia oranges under field conditions, under the supervision of Dr. T. Fidele.
